gkvip Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

gkvip (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "the platform") is an online entertainment and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions described in this document ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and gkvip.

By accessing our website gkvip.lat, creating an account or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

3.2 KYC Verification

gkvip follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. We may verify your identity before deposits, withdrawals or any large transactions. Required documents may include:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card or passport).
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be confiscated.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

gkvip supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited.
• Funds will be credited to your account only after the deposit has been successfully processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirement on a bonus balance has not been fulfilled.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

gkvip offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms. General bonus terms are listed below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim this bonus.

• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
• The welcome bonus is given once only.
• Withdrawals cannot be made while a bonus is active.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the time limit set by gkvip.

5.2 VIP Program Cashback

The gkvip VIP program has 5 levels. Weekly cashback is provided at each level:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

5.3 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• Each promotion has its own time limit — once the time expires the offer will be cancelled.
• gkvip reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• It may not be possible to use two promotions at the same time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Cricket betting, slots, fishing games, live casino and many other types of games are available on gkvip. All games are operated through reputable game providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure.
• If a game is disrupted due to a technical error, gkvip will resolve the matter according to the system logs.
• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after a round has ended.
• gkvip reserves the right to cancel bets if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

• Live betting is updated in real time during a match.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the refund policy for bets will apply.
• Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and all other international cricket matches.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gkvip. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and balance confiscation:

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Abusing bonuses or using artificial methods to fulfill bonus requirements.
• Using automated software, bots or hacking tools.
• Colluding with other players.
• Using a third-party account or selling an account.
• Registering with a false identity or false information.
• Deliberately exploiting any security vulnerability in the platform.
